    okay,

    first of all hello,
Im new on this forum and I registered on it just in hope that here will be someone which could help me solving this for me hard to fix problem.

    lets start.

When i try to install one game "call of duty 2" I get an error message shown in pic attachment here: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/219/errormi.jpg/
ok but I can still install the game and play it normaly, but in some maps i get some sort of lagg causing this program/game to run very slowly. I'm sure that this is caused by msvcr90.dll problem.
I tried many programs for fixing registry, tried to mannualy install and register this loosing dll file, installed a 3 different types of windows xp(format then install(clean installation)), updated all drivers to the latest, done various hardware disc checking for errors(no error was ever found) and still i get this message over and over again.

I have installed MS windows xp sp3 integrated Aprli 2001 32 bit edition, because on x64 my cod2 game gets only 30 fps LOL? but i think having a 32 bit edition should not be a problem. i just want to fix this msvcr90.dll error.

    pc specs - Intel CORE i7 - 950 @ 3.07 GHz, Mainboard S - 1366 ASUS P6T SE ATX, Sapphire ATI Radeon VGA HD 5850 1GB DDR5, RAM 6144 MB DDR3 1333 MHz, Hard drive SAMSUNG HD103SJ

I also tried all tips on this site: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/msvcr90-dll-not-found-missing-error.htm
but none of them didn't helped.

    What more could I do?

    Hi bolverk. Welcome to CHF.

This is a common problem with Torrent copies of the Game.

Obvious Question. Is this a Torrent copy?

My guess is Windows is not recognizing some Registry entries.

Yes it is a torrent copy, but iIuse original cd-key. I will try tommorow with clean installation of windows 7 ultimate x64. If even that will not help, then maybe it's that, which you said, but I tried to install the game from 2 different game rippers. So you think that, this is the main problem here, that the game is piratic version?

    Hi bolverk,

Our rules do not allow us to help with pirated software. In your case I am not sure whether it is just the games that are torrents or the Operating System as well? We are not the PC police and will help you get your system up and running as well as possible but will not help you fix an illegal OS.

Please let us know what we are dealing with.
