Mount a MacOSX USB Hard Disk on Windows

    Windows Vista Home Premium
    I have almost 600 GB of Music, Videos, and Virtual Hard Disks that I need to move to my new HP laptop. My problem is I was using a MacBook Pro and the USB Hard Disk is formatted with the Mac OSX file system.

    Is their a way to*mount the USB Hard Disk on Windows?

    I'm running Vista Ultimate with*SP1
