Microsoft Will Miss One Billion Device Goal for Windows 10. It Doesn't Matter.

    When Microsoft announced their goal to see Windows 10 installed on 1 billion devices in the first 2-3 years after its release it was very ambitious. Go big or go home right? Well just like any goal we set sometimes they have to be adjusted and Microsoft is tweaking their goal for Windows 10 and its install base.
