    Microsoft declares lots of things and we all know they don't come true.

    People and companies are using cloud based systems and virtualisation more and more now, which eliminates the need for the likes of pen drives and memory cards.

    If M$ released a specific patch for a specific problem 4 months ago, and now say the last 3 months they have noticed a decline then isn't that what you would expect?
