memory count looping in boot-up process

    Folks,
    Each time, when I turn on my computer (with win xp home edition) in boot-up process, in memory count section, it keeps counting memory (looping). I have to click "Esc" key on keyboard to cancel looping and continue boot-up process. Please let me know how I can get ride of this looping? :confused:
