Massive Discounts For Xbox Downloads This Black Friday

    Microsoft has announced massive discounts for Xbox downloads, with the special deals scheduled to go live November 26th, 2010, otherwise known as Black Friday. Make sure to keep your eyes on Softpedia and I’ll provide an update when the special offers become available.

    “We've saved the best for the busiest shopping day of the year. Save as much as 80% on select Arcade favorites, Xbox Originals and game add-ons,” the company revealed on the Black Friday promotions page set up on the Xbox Marketplace.

    But while some deals aren’t really scheduled to become available until tomorrow, additional deals are already available to Xbox 360 console owners.

    It’s important to note that some promotions will last the entire Thanksgiving week, and are in no way limited to Black Friday.

    The one-week sale also featured big discounts, with the Redmond company slashing the prices of from of the hit Marketplace items it’s selling.

    While these discounts are not as steep as those for Black Friday, they are still rather consistent, up to 50%.
