    Hi

When I try and connect a Nokia E71 to our exchange server it shows as
connected but when it trys to sync the email it give an error.

The error log is showing on the phone is showing:-

    22/05/2009 6:12:53 OffPeakTime active
22/05/2009 6:12:53 Setting OFFLINE Status to False
22/05/2009 6:12:53 Setting DISK FULL status to False
    22/05/2009 6:13:07 Profile Updated
    22/05/2009 6:13:08 OffPeakTime active
22/05/2009 6:13:16 Missing Protocol Version Header. Reverting to EAS
    2.0
22/05/2009 6:13:18 Unable to Process Server Response -- KErrCorrupt

My E51 connects to the server fine although it does run a slightly
    different version of MFE.

Are there any settings on the sbs 2003 server that could be causing
    this? I have tried 3 different E71's.

    Any ideas?

I asume you mean connecting using ActiveSync. My guess it is a certificate problem. You can post it the the groups Meinolf mentioned, but before you do, go to the following site and test if your Exchange on SBS is working properly for ActiveSync and post the results when you do post to those groups:

Microsoft Exchange Server Remote Connectivity AnalyzerSelect the test you want to run: ... Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer has encountered an error. The entire error report is listed below: Show Report ...

  4. Hello Ace Fekay [Microsoft Certified Trainer],

That's a really nice option, even it is in Beta status. :)

I've used it many times for customers to double check I've got things setup correctly. It's a great tool!
