lost my CD

I lost my printer CD. I try to download from their website but it doesn't
work. It is hp 6310xi printer. Let me know if someone has better way.

BTW: Don't post using HTML to newsgroups.

"It doesn't work." WHAT doesn't work? You get some error when you
attempt to download the file? You can't save new files onto your hard
disk? The install program you downloaded says something that you
didn't mention about why it won't run? You run the program but it
immediately unloads? WHAT? Did you make sure you downloaded the
correct version of their software for your model AND for your OS? I
suppose you could call HP and order a replacement CD.
