Lost Connection

    Hey All,
    Here is my problem: I just recently did a scan for spy/adware and found a few things. I deleted them successfully and rebooted. I found that after the reboot, I could not connect to the internet through a couple of different browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera). Although it said that the page could not be displayed, I can still successfully ping the server and receive all four packets without error. It seems I am connected, but cannot connect ...? Anyway my ISP is Road Runner and I use a Motorolla Surfboard cable modem. Please do not suggest using LSPFix because I have tried it and it found nothing. Thank you for your help and consideration.

    Try to access a site by IP. If you can get a site to load by IP then your ISPs dns server is the problem. Change that and you should be ok.
