Long initial logon time to TS 2003

Here is my setup. I have (2) TS 2003 servers, and a primary DC that also
contains the share for my users roaming profiles and redirected folders.
Recently, there are reports of long logon times to these TS servers. Some
take up to 4-5 mins now. The size of the roaming profile isnt all that big,
under 50 mb. It seems that this started to occur in the last few weeks. Any
suggestions on how to pinpoint the issue? Could it be a GPO or something?

  2. do you experience the same issue if you logon locally to the physical
    console?
    Thanks

No, when i logon as mstsc /admin - it logs on quickly. It seems that the
logon takes longest when they logon and the window "Loading your personal
setting...". Once it gets to the "Applying" window - it logs in pretty quick.

My guess is something in the GPO thats holding it up? How can i view logs
that might help me pinpoint this issue?

Thanks in advance for your help!

50MB to me *is* big. I would try deleting a user's roaming profile and
let the system build a new one. See if that improves the logon speed. If
it does, you need to look at what they are saving to their roaming
    profiles...

It could also be network congestion.
