Logon delay using roaming profile and IE8

Just updated Internet Explorer to v8 on one of my TS server. By doing so the
logon time increased by 20-25 seconds.
On my severs using IE7, I have applied the KB941158 hotfix, which fixed the
same delay. I figured out that if I remove all permissions on the
iedkcs32.dll, the logon time went back to roughly 7-10 sec.
I have also tried to apply a new GPO, only setting the roaming profile
setting. But the delay coming from iedkcs32.dll is still present.
    Anyone getting the same result?
(Fresh Windows Server 2003 install w/SP2)
