    Hi,

You need one CAL for each client connection to the servers. CALs are
user either Per User or Per Device. You're free to choose how to use
    them.
What exactly will these two servers do? How do you plan to work with
    the clients?

First off, the best approach is to talk to your reseller or Microsoft to
get the official number and types.

What are the servers being used for? Do you already have CALs for the
OS? Are these additional clients or existing clients? Are the servers
Terminal Servers? Do you already have any TSCALs? These answers are
needed to be able to accurately answer the question.

Below, I'm assuming that the servers

At the least you will need 2 server licenses.

If no CALs or TSCALs, then you will need 70 CALs. These will be either
"per user" or "per device" CALs. If either (or both) server(s) will be
Terminal Servers, you will also need 70 TS CALs (per user or device, also)..

To decide between "per user" and "per device", you need to consider how
the clients use computers. In beneral if you have more computers than
users, you want "per user". If more users than devices, you want "per
    device".
