OK, so I really need help with this one, usually I'm pretty good at fixing my own stuff but this one has me. Maybe you all can help. So this started happening just after Thanksgiving. I was standing my laptop on it's side partially open, it fell over and the problems started occurring two days after so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Anyways, when I start my laptop up I do the usual log in. The services then start loading and what not. Everything is fine at this point. However, as I start going on to the internet the computer pages take progressively longer to load and then explorer usually crashes followed by gagets usually. Afterwards. Even if neither crashes Google Chrome just eventually becomes unresponsive and anything else I try to execute will launch 10 minutes later or the computer will go bluescreen for a moment and crash.

I've tried doing virus scans with MalwareBytes and AVG in safemode but they never finish. Somewhere an hour through they will crash. I don't have any system restore points either to go back on.

I'm really stuck guys, if you need some screen shots of anything I'd be happy to take some.

Hi Rakish.Welcome to Computer Help Forums.
My guess when it fell, a hard part has been dislodged and possibly your Hard Drive may be damaged.
Unless you are competent in dismantling and reassembly, I think it best to take it to a repairer for diagnosis.

I agree with DSTM, Could be RAM cards, GPU card, Damage to the HDD, to be sure you would have to Dismantle and inspect components individually, probably better done using a bench testing technique, and if your not sure what I'm talking about I would recommend taking it to a reputable repair centre.

The simple things you can try is to take the panel off from underneath and expose the RAM modules.
take these out and re-seat them back in the slots.

You could try the RAM one module at a time.

Take the hard drive out ( it will be under another panel ) and re-seat this.
