Keyboard/monitor issue

    HP doesn't have a driver for the keyboard on the computer's driver page, but we may be able to find one by the keyboard's model number. Tony, please post the model number of the keyboard.

    Other than that, I don't see any other practical choice other than trying another keyboard.

    Thanks Dougie, have cleaned everything & changed the batteries but problem remains so I will have to put up with it or get a new one.

    Hi Tony.
    Let's try something else. Pull the dongle out of the back of the Laptop,

    Squeeze the top of the wireless receiver cover, and then pull down to remove it.

    Try it in another USB port on the back of your laptop. (Should fit) Make sure everything is turned off. Worth a try.
    See diagram where the dongle is located.
