KB973636 - error code 52D

I have been trying to install this update for a few days and have tried
to resolve it with the suggestions on help - but no luck - has anyone
else had this problem and been able to resolve as it appears to be an
important update.

Hi maureen.I've been experiencing this problem too.i can not install the update and error code52 always comes out.could you help me how to solve this problem cause i think the link jim sent you is no longer available.thank you very much.
