Is "Adobe" Required For My Computer?

    Computer Brand or Motherboard:
    Lenovo
    I'm running windows 7 premium with Firefox & Internet Explorer browsers. Do I need adobe for both browsers? I thought both browsers had their own adobe equivalent?

    I have Adobe Flash Player installed for each Browser, and have no Flash issues whatsoever.
    Both Firefox and IE support Adobe Flash Player.

    Just to add here that Firefox, along with Chrome are phasing out Flash.... this started last summer
    Reducing Adobe Flash Usage in Firefox

    Also Edge doesn't support Flash and will automatically block Flash media from displaying.
    But you will still be able to watch videos because HTML5 allows for them.
