irql_no_less_or_equal error

    We have a serveur that suddently is showing this error message:
    irql_no_less_or_equal

    We tried booting it in safe mode and even tried to use the isntall CDs to
    repair but it still comes up.
    It also gives us on different boots:
    stop: 0x0000000A ( 0x3f3f3f3f , 0x00000002 , 0x00000001 , 0x808140CD )
    stop: 0x0000000A ( 0x00100027 , 0x00000002 , 0x00000000 , 0x808140B3 )
    stop: 0x0000000A ( 0x01470027 , 0x00000002 , 0x00000000 , 0x808140B3 )
    stop: 0x0000000A ( 0x0000F0027 , 0x00000002 , 0x00000000 , 0x808140B3 )


    Any idea on what can be done except reinstalling the OS?

    Info:
    Windows 2003 Server RD2
    Intel server with Promise Ultratrack SCSI raid 5 (that displays a funtional
    array)
    4Gb RAM

    Usually caused by bad/buggy driver. You could run Verifier to see if it
    can identify the driver.

    Thanks for you quick reply. We tried using the utility but the OS does not
    load far enough for us to be able to execute anything.
    Is there an equivalent we can use in the command line utility accessible on
    the F8 boot ...

    Can drivers be removed without loading the OS?

    So the server doesn't boot in any mode other than Safe Mode with Command
    Prompt? At the Safe Mode Command Prompt you can run tools like:

    services.msc
    devmgmt.msc
    regedit
    sc config

    If the server doesn't boot at all you can use the DISABLE command in the
    Recovery Console. Use the LISTSVC command to get a list of services
    that can be disabled.

    You can use a live distro like Knoppix or Ubuntu to load the OS
