Internet problems in Chard

    HI i live in chard in somerset recently my internet has been very jittery cant watch online movies or play on line games friends of mine tell me they have the same problem, do's anyone know what is causing this

    Hi, as I am in the UK myself, which Internet Service Provider are you using and how is it delivered, is it cable or is it ADSL via the normal telephone line.
    If friends having the same problem are using a different ISP than you are and it is a ADSL type service, the problem may be with the BT telephone equipment.
