Internet connection problems!

The Internet is having connection troubles, from last night all the way to
today! Every time I start the computer, I keep trying to connect to the
Internet, but it's too slowed down and I can't get Internet access! I have to
close it and reopen it and close it again and again until I get access again!
It stinks!
