instruction at 0x4b188c8c referred memory ERROR

Hi,

we have a windows 2003 terminal server which when it boots up gives me the
following error:



"The instruction at 0x4b188c8c referred memory at 0x0000000b. the memory
could not be written

click ok to terminate "



and then the computer freezes

Any idea what I should do?

I have even tried Last known good configuration, but still get same error.

 

Hi!

Most probably is not related to TS. Do you remeber if anything was
installed on the box before this happened?

Nothing was installed. I just restarted the computer.

Is their any way to bring up the box. I have even tried safe mode, but then
the keyboard freezes.
