INSERT a set of records all at once in SQL Server?

    I have a set of records (in the 10's or so) that I don't want to loop over each record & do an INSERT individually (to minimize network calls).

    Is there a way to tell SQL Server that... hey, here's a set of records, put these in the table for me?
