The rules said I could have two accounts. So I made one account with an email address and another with another email address. I found out later that what they meant was I could have two character accounts (which they never said) within the one email. It was a violation to do two accounts with two different email accounts. So I got the ban and here we are.

Yes it is an email address, I have to step back and correct myself. I tried it earlier as an email and I could not send it as it was. This time though it was accepted and I sent in an inquiry. Thanks for your persistance you were right.

Now that I am playing in FB (although maybe temporary) it would be another violation to open another account in the Win store. If I get suspended in FB this time, I may try that. Thanks.

Just download the version from the MS store and use the account information you are using on the FB account. Where and what format it's being used in/on is not the same as using a totally different account.

Hey you are right....we have always done his and hers with a GSD and a Shi-Tzu.....I just tried a more enhanced version of my avatar and it might make a difference in seeing them better.

Try ibVPN They let you tried their product for 15 days I think. I use ibvpn on my iPad and it's a lot better than Tor Browser IMO. also TunnelBear VPN is another work around.

Hi! @Kenny94 ! Your link is not live for me. Here's a paid program that works. I used this for a long time when I was being a bad boy on help forums. Now I leave help forums where I'm not welcome.:D IMHO you need a paid program like this one.;) I guess it depends how bad you want to play the game. This is much better than Tor!

Yes, I have let them now that was an innocent mistake but the devs at this game are very unforgiving, cold and austere. The app was developed in the UK.
Last night I opened the app in a FaceBook acctg that has nothing to do with me in any way. This morning when I got up the new acctg was suspended. So, no matter where I go to use the game I am found. Of course if I did use Microsoft (big brother) they have all my info so If they have it, Illyriad has it too.

Thanks Kenny but it doesn't matter. I used TOR and I used Spotflux they suspended my acctg each time.
I received the idea from a another source that they may have attached a hidden token on my machine and no matter what external thing I do they always know who I am. The problem is now how to locate and remove that token. The usual methods: MalwareBytes, JRT, Adw Cleaner, etc. do not work to remove this possible token. I am scouring the gaming forums now to see if I can get more info on this.

That is possible, Dave. Paid trial programs do the same, to prvent you using a trial over and over.
If you suspect this, then a program called "everything" will find every entry on your computer in seconds.
Install the correct .exe. At the top of the page, put in your searh name, then highlite and remove everything it finds. This small program will find every entry.

Its not so much about the game as it is having a problem, fixing it and learning at the same time. I like to be persistent about such things because I learn a lot by having the problem ans then finding out from experts how to resolve it. As was suggested to me that perhaps the dev's of the game attached a "token" on my system that identifies me no matter what I do externally. The problem is how to find it if one exists and how to remove it. I have attached a few reports if anyone wants to peruse them. What they mean I am not certain but see nothing suspicious. thanks.

I downloaded and ran everything and it found everything, 258,000+ files. I did the search function for Illyriad and found 40/50 files related to it. I just have to figure how to delete them now. Let you know. Thanks
11:49AM, I deleted most of the Illyriad files from within Everything App but there are 11 files that will not delete. I get the error "Need System Approval". I am the Administrator of my pc but their is no option to "run as administrator" anywhere. I have the last few files isolated (See attachment) but I need to know ho to delete them. Thanks.

I thought you said 40/50 files, Dave.
Sometimes selecting all of them at once to delete doesn't always work.
There are plenty of entries there I bet you wasn't aware of.
Only select about five at a time, R/ Click and delete.

Yes, there were that many files but what you see now is what I cannot delete. Says I need systems permission to delete. I am the Administrator but have no idea how to get "System Permission". They simply will not delete single or multiple.

Without making it too complicated, reboot and keep trying to delete them one at a time.
I find that works on occassions.
You see know how these programs infiltrate your computer.
I have some games but online games are safer.
    See how you go.

No, that did not work. It needs to be complicated. Do you see where the files are? They are in Windows System files. You can't just right click and delete those. I just need to know how, as administrator, to go about that. Thanks anyway, take care.
