I have this in the right Group now.

    I have win7 64Bit and iE 11 and it is 64Bit.

I go to Comcast.net and I do try Sfinity.net and I can Login to both websites.

But I click on my E Mail that tells me how manyu e mails I have.

    But it never opens.

And I look on goodle and people say it happens to then to.

But no body has any fix.

But it was working before I did my re install of win7.

And I did all of my FrameWork updates and Win7 updates.

And it did not fix it.

And Comcast tells me it is Dell who I have to call but Dell wont help.

    Can anybody help?

When you click on the envelope does another tab open in the browser?
Try right clicking on the envelope and select new window or tab. Does your email open then?

Have you reset IE or Tabs under Internet Options?

Try getting into your E-mail account via Outlook.com or Windows Live Mail.

    Cheers,

You need to be running a eMail Client.

I used Agent in the past but had problems on my Win7 Pro 64bit rig. It is very good and I wish I could get it to run on my rig. I think I made a mistake in selecting the MIME box in the [Default Programs][Set your default programs], this box was unchecked when I installed Agent, but setting MIME made Agent unworkable and I could not uncheck it.

I now use Pegasus Mail which is free.
