I Would Love To Thank You All For The Warning Of Cc Cleaner

    several days ago my computer wouldn't let me get in.

    luckily I had the software warranty and got the top level advisor to get me
    out of this mess.

    hE difinitely agreed , that it was very possible the ccCLEANER was the culprit.

    It's like we tried to explain.....
    It's not the actual program that's a problem, it's the way it's used.
    In experienced hands, it's fine.
    So inexperienced users are better off using a cleaner with less controls.

    what i'm trying to say IS, if it wasn't for the Computer Help Forum,

    BeeCeeBee AND the rest of you Brilliant ones in here,
    I would have never known to uninstall it.
