Ok, firstly I installed Family HD graphics for my Dell Vostro 3750 - (It's the integrated graphics driver/software)
Next I restart my computer, all goes fine, of course I plug in my headphones and listen to some music for a while then I configured Sound settings in Windows Control Panel to increase the quallity, experrience of the sound, right now still enjoying this mixing of sound, its great. But yes, after I did that I decided to install Nvidia graphics driver for my Geforce M525 card, the drivers installed with an error - "Stereo server isn't configured correctly (or something like that, but the error code was - 0000005)".
Ok then I restarted my computer (With headphones plugged in) and after Windows had finished loading with its GUI BOOT it took 10 minutes for the logon screen with my profile to appear and before it appeared it showed "Please wait" for 5 more minutes too, but once it appeared I logged on my profile and it took 10 more minutes for it to load into my profile, it kept Welcoming me for 10 more minutes.
And once It logged on, it showed black screen for 5 more minutes, after the desktop appeared it showed an error "Windows couldn't connect to System Event Service service etc..."

Now I have sweeped my Intel HD graphics and Nvidia drivers with Driver Sweeper software, I also tried Driver fusion, Driver fusion software helped me locate all undeleted registry keys, I changed permissions of them and deleted everything, I restarted. Then I installed the drivers again, But the same thing happens. There's another thing I should mention, when I delete all drivers and restart my PC, it automatically detects and installs Two of "STANDARD VGA Graphic Adapters". One adapter shows "!" sign error, which is meant for Nvidia I suppose and the other VGA adapter device shows nothing, so it fails to install VGA adapter device for Nvidia, but it succeeds with Intel HD graphics vga adapter device, well after it installs the default devices.

ALSO the first time I installed Intel HD Graphics I could of entered "GfxUI" to edit configuration of integrated graphics, but now that I have reinstalled drivers/software/devices of Display adapters and tried to make my windows load up right, the GfxUI crashes everytime I try to enter its integrated Graphics configurations/settings after I installed Intel HD graphics again, cause computer seems to load up right only with Integrated graphics, but there's Stereoscopic errors in services too. I dont know what to do now, the integrated graphics processes of Intel seem to be running ok, but when I try to enter configuration through tray or control panel the "GfxUI" crashes.

I have no idea anymore what to do, please help. I'm using Windows 7 professional SP1 x64 with 8 GB RAM and 8 processors, I know this is foult in operating system thus far. I digged as deep as i could with this, but I didn't fix it as you can see, now I'm kinda giving up everything I can to fix this except reinstallation of OS, that would be stupid to do just cause of kinda simple issue. I guess it might be because i didn't unplug my headphones. Maybe I need other drivers like Digital Delivery before I install any of this.

I haven't tried registry cleaning yet cause i know that comes last, but try figuring this before you suggest me anything that I know of or have tried. This is annoying issue. Right now I'm only running Intel integrated graphics drivers which I cannot configure anyways cause of that crash, so please help!

(1 Day/24 hours later) - I'm still having the same issue, without a luck, I can give you my event log if you want of which I don't understand anything, it shows few errors with services, applications, drivers after Nvidia driver installation, still having the same issue. Please respond as fast as you can.

    Welcome to the forums. :)

Is there a specific reason that you are running both the integrated Intel and NVidia graphics? If running dual monitors I would think that the NVidia would have multiple outputs. The reason that I ask is that the two graphics systems may be conflicting with each other.

    This:
    is the full error:
If it is this is a permissions error. Did you install the drivers as administrator?

There is a way to fix this for Windows 2008 so you can try with Windows 7. The system services are basically the same so this fix should work.

Keep in mind you'll be editing the registry so if you mess up your computer might not boot. Only do this is the above error I posted is the exact error you got.

If you're comfortable doing this edit then let's proceed:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. Right click and select run as administrator.
    2. Type regedit. The registry editor will come up.
    3. From the right panel navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MPSSvc
    4. Make sure that NT Service/MPSSvc has full permissions set.

    Hope this helps.

In response to (JayLach) "Is there a specific reason that you are running both the integrated Intel and NVidia graphics? Dell Vostro 3750 must have Integrated Intel Driver before it can install Nvidia graphics driver, it is required, because it runs all windows graphics processes with integrated settings for greater performance, also If you try to install only Nvidia graphics driver without Intel driver at place where nvidia detects compatibility in setup it will show error that you must install Intel HD graphics first. So they cannot conflict, because In all 11 times that I have reinstalled my laptop I had both drivers running perfectly with Optimus and Stereoscopic thing. I can switch with FN + F1 keys between projectors, monitor duplicates, this laptop fully supports windows 7 and a lot of other things its pretty powerful. So this is NOT THE ISSUE. I know a way to oonly install Nvidia graphics drivers on this laptop, but if I do that then the big issue that Im having with graphics drivers right now will become even a bigger issue, making Logon screen to never showup and forever to try to load from black screen after Windows loads its drivers, I have tried only graphics drivers that is what happened. But yea two graphics systems still may be conflicting with eachother by error or some internal problems in Windows 7. But I believe that its conflicting with some windows services and settings thus preventing GfxUI to load and the Nvidia graphics to load causing "Windows couldn't connect to System Event Service service etc..." when it starts up and I login after about 15 minutes.

BSchwarz the error is as what I described it to be, maybe I just don't know where to view full error, but in taskbar it shows this "locker icon" and pops out that message then i click on that pop up and the "Locker icon" closes and nothing happens, cause in the pop up it says to view the Event log for more information, but at first pop up says "Windows couldn't connect to System Event Service service etc..."

So in response to BSchwarz, I am administrator of every little thing in my system, but yes I also select Run as Administrator from dropdown menu when I install any drivers just to be safe, did that with Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers too, doesn't change that there is Internal error in the Windows Operating system.

I have fixed the "Stereo server error" which happened when I was installing Nvidia 3D Vision or Nvidia HD sound driver, by editing Sound settings, I set Stereo Mix as default microphone lol. But I still haven't fixed GfxUI.
Now I have removed Nvidia graphics driver and I'm running fine with Intel HD graphics processes running as I said, but the GUI of Intel HD graphics crashes whenever I try to open it >,<
So thus that I have removed Nvidia graphics driver there's no use of editing that registry right now, because the error doesn't show up when I'm running integrated graphics, the "Locker Icon" error message of Windows Couldn't connect to system event service only shows up when I have installed NVIDIA GRAPHICS DRIVER.

Also I have a small issue regarding this a lil' bit whenever the "Javaw.exe" process starts that Java process disables my Aero theme, whys that?

So guys if we can fix all this I'll be happy to get out the word to anyone who are having these issues. BSchwarz the service Is named "System Event Service" not "Windows Event Log" this is why the error message repeats the name service twice
