    Hi and welcome to CHF.
Until someone with more technical graphics knowledge has a look, if you mean those four dots in a square randomly scattered on your screen shot, they are definitely a graphics card fault, have you looked at the cards cooling, fan and heatsink and made sure they are clean of dust as overheating can cause this sort of problem.
One of our more technical at graphics people may be able to help further once you have made sure all is clean and air can circulate.

    Nev.

Could you specify any temperatures that your graphics card is running at?
How long do you run a stress test?

I have to admit they look like graphical artefacts to me which usually occur as Nev says with either overheating or a faulty graphics card, since we are talking multiple games we can rule out software causes, games would stress the GPU a bit with constant use.

The first thing I would suggest though is to try another monitor and cable if possible and rule out a fault with this equipment, then start looking at temperatures and the graphics card.
