Hello and Welcome to CHF Channing

What browser are you using when Shockwave crashes and what is your installed Flash Player
    version?

Hi, it could be the browser, the verison, if it's the actual shockwave flash player (virus).

I recommend using revo uninstaller to remove the program & the files > dl link: www.revouninstaller.com/

Uninstall your shock wave player & then re-install it from this website: get.adobe.com/shockwave/

I don't know what browser you're using, but i suggest using google chrome.
