    Hi All,

I need to implement Hyper_V in Windows 2008 enterprise 64 bits. The Idea is
to run that Virtual Machine for the web site only with a different IP
address then the Physical machine. Any tips or and any useful links are
    appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Eric

Not really. That is pretty much the default setup.

When you install Hyper-V it will create a virtual network linked to the
physical NIC in the host. If you connect the NIC in the vm to this network
it will look like another server on your LAN with its own MAC address.

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Regards,

    Eric

Then make sure that you connect the NIC in the vm to the right one.
