    Hi :)

Did anybody have strange timer problems in virtual server under hyper-v
which is running under two physical quad core cpu ?

For example if I ping something I've get strange reply's:

    Reply from 192.168.40.1: bytes=32 time=-601ms TTL=255
    Reply from 192.168.40.1: bytes=32 time=-602ms TTL=255
    Reply from 192.168.40.1: bytes=32 time=601 TTL=255
    Reply from 192.168.40.1: bytes=32 time=602 TTL=255

notice negative (minus, hyphen) in first two reply's :(

I think that maybe will be some other issues with this.

  2. Hello NVVN,

Are the machines on your local LAN or on a remote WAN? 600ms is really long
    time for answering.

    Best regards

    Hi Meinolf

machines are on lan, but 600ms reply time is not problem here, problem
is that times have - minus prefix, negative response, that's is not
normal. As I saw problem is if Hyper-V is running under dual CPU server,
    will confirim after investigation.

    Best regards
