hyper-v to virtual-pc conversion tool

Hi all,

I'm desperately looking for a tool, even for a fee, to convert a
virtual machine from Hyper-v to Virtual PC or Virtual Server. I
already know that I can remove the integration services tools, but I
want to do it in case of failure of the server's physical hardware.
