Another great HTML resource is HTML Goodies. This is the site that taught me how to write pages and is still one I access often.

    http://www.htmlgoodies.com/

This site has about everything. It covers primers to advanced on HTML, JavaScript, PHP, etc.. I absolutely swear by this site and everyone I have sent to it have thanked me. I think this site has grown beyond the original author and has lost the personal touch but it is still great. Let's put it this way... I started learning on this site and, now that I build sites professionally, still use it. What more recommendation can there be?
