How do I bypass Windows IE Information Bar Pop-up?

    Hi:

    I am creating a Web Page using Notepad.
    In the web page I have links to sounds.
    When the IE web page opens (or when you click on a link) instead of playing
    the sound, I get a Windows Internet Explorer Information Bar asking me if I
    want to temporarily allow the Pop-up messages. What can I do, so that when
    someone views my web page that this "pop-up blocker" doesn't occur on their
    screen?

    Errm... I'd be really annoyed if I went to your website and it opened a
    popup window without getting my permission first. I don't think my reaction
    would be that unusual. Perhaps you should consider rethinking your webpage
    design. Most websites with music have it embedded, along with a button to
    allow you to turn the music on/off.

    In any case, you would probably get more webpage designer type answers if
    you posted in a webpage design group. In the meantime, here's the newsgroup
    for IE if you want to ask the experts there:
