    Hi tismehi

if you open your email client right at the very top on the left of the window it will tell you what it is, ;)

If you are using windows Live press the Alt key and M key together to open the menu window at the bottom you should have the option Show tool Bar, click on it then follow Polo's instructions ;)

cheers alt + m did the trick. why the dickens windows has to be so complicated.

i'll have another go at the earlier instructions now.

as regards screenshots, this i have a further problem which complicates this a bit more.

when i press print screen and then open it in paint, t saves it too small and then anyone i snd it to says it is too small to see.

Hmmm To be honest I am stuck with the paint problem, as I have windows 7 and the paint program is totally different, and it has been around 18 months since I looked at Paint in Vista as I use Paint.net, so hopefully someone will be able to help you with that .

or if you would like to have a look at Paint.net as it is very similar to paint but has more options it is available as a freeware download from here.

Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing

I hope to soon resolve this problem when I can afford a new Hard Drive, then I will be able to have an XP, Vista and run Windows 7 as my main Operating system, However at this time I have to admit I am stuck on assisting with XP, or Vista Paint.

    sorted.

was able to carry out instruction from dirty polo and that is looking good.

i have the two seperate email accounts listed and as we do not have to enter passwords i think this will do just fine.

hope my other half gives it the thumbs up too.

thanks to each and every one.
