One of the drawbacks to the albums being under the community section is that if a member does not post his/her work here on a thread many will not go looking.

I think we should all take a look at help4me's album. Take a look at the hand drawn and other self created work and maybe we can encourage her to post some more.

You are so very right, Barry! In fact, ages went by here before I even realized there was an 'albums' section with member's creations!

Guess it would be hard to import all the member's Albums into our graphics section and convert our three members with sort-of albums in that area to match?

    Off to see help4me's album!

I've looked at Help4me's creations/work. Very impressive! A true artist!

Edit: Regarding more prominence for members' work. Perhaps the link to the albums could link be placed here?

That would be lovely, Welli! I'm sure our Administrators will see what's possible.

Out of curiosity, I created an Album myself with one image ... then went back and added a test comment to see if an auto message was sent to the owner of an album when a comment is made - and so far haven't received one, so suspect it doesn't happen.

Maybe I should have posted a message directly in our graphics thread about having left a message on some of our member's albums ...but you're right, it would be great if our Administrators can figure out something, as you suggested. :)

Thanks Match. What BC says above is correct.
