Connectivity with what? What OS, etc? Posting an unedited ipconfig /all both
before and after the problem arises might help as well as any other details.

With the limited info provided, it will be difficult to diagnose. We would need some additional information to assist, such as:

    1. An unedited ipconfig /all of the server
    2. Is this a DC?
    3. What type of line do you have, such as ADSL, SDSL, T1, FIOS, Cable, etc?
    4. What type of router came with the line?
    5. Any errors in the event viewer?
    6. What else is installed on the machine? So far we know RRAS is installed, but how about services and applications such as DNS, WINS, DHCP, antivirus, firewall apps, CRM, SQL, Exchange, etc?
    7. What operating system version and service pack level is the server?

    Thank you,
