I have problem with Outlook 2000 - something happened and it does not work
anymore: when click on icon, it just load splash screen and stay freeze, not
responding. Outlook Express works normally. I tried run Outlook in safe
mode - and it works normally.

    outlook.exe /safe

I have no Office 2000 setup disk, and can no use 'Detect and Repair' option
since it ask for setup CD.
Is there way repair Outlook without setup cd, maybe using third party
utilities? One thing I may suppose that Outlook and OE may use same common
component and interfere in some way: some time ago I installed Invoice
wizard for Outlook, it worked OK, but I noticed also that this Wizard button
appears also in my OE window, though it designed and installed in Outlook,
not OE. Wizard works from OE as well.

    Thanks.
