Help wanted uninstall windows 2000

    I rebooted my system after having a few problems, the system is split into 4 x 30gb drives, and when rebooting I found that I had loaded a new windows 2000 pro operating system onto a second drive which is now giving me new problems. Can anyone tell me how to remove the second operating system without removing the main one

    Just remove all the files or format the hard drive.
