    Hello,

I started cleaning my partitions and discovered that my C: partition where my windows 7 files are, is not the system partition. The system partition is on another partition on another hard drive. I attached a picture form disk manager and highlighted the two partitions.
The question is: can i move the system partition to my C: without reinstalling windows? Use a program for that or something.
    Thank you.

Your C:/ partition is ALWAYS where the system files etc are located (you cant move these)
your C:/ partition is fine, as for the rest, this is exactly why you DONT play with partitioning software.

We could help you get the drives into a manageable state, but that would mean moving lots of Data around and I noticed some of the space used is 900GB+ (so that'll take a while to move)

Let us know if you want to go down the process

The way that you have partitioned all of your disks is sporradic at best...
You don't need to install windows is what I am saying, if you can 'live' with the mess of the disks then just leave them as they are.

Personally I would consolidate the partitions

I unpluged the hard drive DISK 2 with Q: system partition set my Disk 1 with the windows files and booted with the windows 7 cd in, clicked on repair and startup recovery then and boom it works now. Now i managed to delete the Q partition from disk manager and now i am back to normal.
