First of all, This is my first post. Please correct me from any mistypes, or if I'm in the wrong section.

I have a GATEWAY SX2800-O1R, and I want to overclock it.

It has Intel Core 2 Quad, and everything is from the company, I'm willing to buy the hardware that it takes to overclock it.

I have a WD 610GB Hard Drive, and a external WD 2TB Hard Drive.

And I also have a couple of problems, the first one is that the motherboard is the stock one, like I said above.

The other problem is that I have a small case, and I'm thinking of buying a new one in the future.

Sorry I did get a PM from Allheart55 and BeeCeeBee so sorry for that - it got lost in the Ether of Emails....

Right having looked at the MOBO that your system has it has a G43 Chipset which is fine, BUT lets get some things clarified:-

What are you looking to overclock for?
When you change a MOBO, you need to do a complete reinstall of the OS, do you have an OS (retail) disk and not a recovery set? if not you will need to purchase an operating system.
You have a 220Watt PSU in that system so that will need swapping out.
Overclocking generates more heat and yes you will need another case and a new CPU cooler.
The Q8300 cant really be pushed past 3.5GHz (stably)

(this is what I did last time on an Asus board)
    7.5 x 460Mhz will give you 3.45GHz
    Vcore to 1.45V
    Vfsb to 1.45V
    FSB strap to 400MHz FSB
run the DDR3 memory at 1380-8-8-8-24

    Its ok.
I just want my pc to run faster and to maybe play some good games.
I want to build a computer that attract attention...
Also im looking like crazy for a motherboard, which can accept my q8300, at least 2 ddr3 ram, and at least a graphic card. But i haven't found one yet. I would appreciated if you could help me in that too.

I used an Asus Blitz Extreme which supports DDR3 or the Asus Blitz Formula was it's DDR2 counter part
Both of these are ROG boards (republic of gamers) so they aren't cheap!

I hadnt checked to be honest, yes it does look like they have stopped making them both...

I will have a look at what would be good for a Q8300 and DDR3 later or tomorrow for you....I'm just conscious that you dont have another S775 chip as you may need to use an older board, but most did not natively support Quad chips and needed a BIOS update
