HELP ME IN BLUE STACKS OF PC

    hi i am using bluestacks on my laptop windows 7 from 1 year and today i download a unknown app on it after i click open and my pc hang. i restart it and after that i click on my bluestacks and it is not opening and showing error of
    " HD-Startlauncher.exe-Corrupt file and BlueStacksUsers.log is corrupt and unreadable please run the Chkdsk utility. "
    i also attach the photo of that error. please reply me the solution i don't want to loss my bluestack data.

    First question has to be.... did you run the Chkdsk utility to see if the problem was rectified?

    To run the Chkdsk utility:
    • Click Start >> Computer
    • Right click on your main drive (usually 'C')
    • Select Properties
    • Click on the Tools tab
    • Under Error Checking.. Click Check Now
    • Tick the options that you require ( Please tick both options )
    • Click Start
    • On the screen that comes up.. Click Yes then OK
    • Now restart your computer.
    Note: Be patient. Analyzing the drive can be a lengthy process

    hi thnx for the reply.
    i did the same process as u said. after the 5/5 stages completed 100% window starts. Then i click on the bluestacks . after that bluestacks loading window appear on the desktop screen for 1 second and suddenly it disappear. 2-3 times i click same happens. after that i click again then the loading window is loading.... but it is not showing me the apps window.
    i also attach photo of that loading bluestacks window.

    So have you removed this 'unknown app'?

    Bluestacks is not a program that i'm familliar with, but this may be of help.....

    i think i should do backup of my data . i just want to move my galary pics and videos of bluestacks from c drive without open the bluestacks if its possible. Or steps to take backup of my galary data .
    After that i can reinstall it.
    I just want to save or copy my data please give me solution for it.
