I am so tired of getting this message when I start up my computer  . It is: Runner Error: Could not load the target dll
    (C:\Program Files\Backweb\ Backweb\Client\ 6.2.3.666
    \Program\Backweb. dll.error code 126)

I tried what your information that you gave another person. By going to the pestpatrol website. It said to remove it, look for \program files\BackWeb\ and remove this directory. There may not be an uninstaller.

I did and it still is showing the error. What should I do now  ? Please help me :( ! Thanks.

It sounds like there may be a call to load that DLL in your startup, which is failing now that you got rid of the DLL. Go Start->Run and type 'msconfig'. Under the 'startup' tab look for the path that is giving the problem.
