The photo below is a screen shot of my desktop monitor. It's a Dell LCD, about 5 years old. See the center of the screen. Over the last week or so, we've noticed these weird blocks of black/colored lines on the screen. Sometimes it's a large single section like the one below. Sometimes is more evenly bricked across the screen. We've checked the connections and restarted already. Anyone recognize this and know what's happening?

Have you tried a different Monitor? if their still their on a different monitor I'll put my money on a RAM or GPU problem, which are harder to diagnose than a Monitor so try the easy options first.

first things first, one of your tabs has your email address on so unless you want to get spammed, get rid of it and second, as Match has suggested its likely to be the monitor or the monitor cable, if the PC has recently been moved and you havent connected the cable fully or one of the pins has bent slightly it can cause that image.
Failing that the GPU is either overheating on the RAM sinks or the GPU is on the way out

It is strange how it is only the page itself and not the windows bars, as you have Adobe photoshop open which is a fairly intense RAM application I would try and close that and see if it still happens.

Check your performance tab (taks manager) on the CTRL+ALT+DEL to see if your CPU and/or RAM is throttling (hitting max)
