PROBLEM WITH LOGITECH CLEARCHAT PRO USB HEADPHONES----I cannot get sound on a YOUTUBE video using them. It works other places including chat, Fox News videos etc.etc.. However I have a another head set (no mic.) that is a single pole plug that will produce sound on YouYube.
I have been all over in this puta--even where ya can do a test---got the 3 dings both sides & every where I go it says they are connected. I have even gone to Google & asked the question--no answer there. :(
So till I get this figured out will have to use diff. headphone for diff. sites. :(
I wonder if it is possible to get help from Logiteck or may be NewEgg?

Any one have a idea about this? Would be greatly apreciated---------gunnner--------LOST AGAIN

Hi Skip,It may be something as simple as Flash Player not up to date.
I would update Flash Player and go from there.
I would also run disc cleanup.
    Flash Player.

Run a Flash Player Test also Skip.

ASUS - are there any others worth buying?

    Samsung - all the way

It could just be the way that you have the jacks installed on the PC - do both the headphones just have a single audio jack?
most designed for PCs have a green and a red (green being front audio and red being mic) but on some they have blue, black, red, orange and others.

If they are just plain headphones (single jack) and plugged into the green output on your PC then all should be fine.

Have you checked in control panel> audio and checked that everything is ok there?

Being that I have been zaped by FAP---I can't do much for 24 hrs.--Thanks gunnner :(

Gunnner, you are working with one of the our Malware Removal Specialists, I suggest you continue with that process and bear with the little problems until that is resolved. They may be related and may not but if you keep making changes we will never know.
