Having A Little Upgrade!

    I am going to upgrade my system with:

    AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition, Quad Core, 3,4Ghz, AM3, 8MB, 125W, Boxed

    Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H, Socket-AM3 AMD 890GX+SB850

    Anyone got any thoughts on the processor or mobo?

    I am happy with this combination, Alan.

    Only annoyance I had was the Heatsink fan was too noisy.

    Had to go for an earlier fan that was quieter.
