What does this mean? And how is it solved? I have been getting shut downs in the middle of work and on line gaming.
The screen suddenly goes BLUE with a bunch of text on it, but it shuts down quickly and I can't read it. I did catch something about updating BIOS this am during the last crash.
The error log shows "Hanging application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2600.0 hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0 hand address 0x00000000.

Insight and direction would be greatly appreciated!

if you are using Win2000 or XP do the following so you can read the error.

    1. Right Click on MY COMPUTER
    2. Goto "Properties"
    3. Click on "Advanced" tab
    4. then on "Startup and Recovery"
5.Then look for System Failure and UNCHECK "Automatically Reboot"

Once you have done this you should be able to read the entire error message.

Thanks, I've changed that setting. Next time, I'll get the info. and provide a clearer picture of issues. Isn't there an error recording ability. Hmm, I'll look into it and see if I can gather that info.

    Thanks!
