I ran gpresult and discovered that I have the same GPO getting applied
twice at computer and user settings. Here is a partial output. WTF.

    COMPUTER SETTINGS
    ------------------

Last time Group Policy was applied: 4/14/2009 at 12:31:16 PM
Group Policy was applied from: BCSADC003.Domain.com
Group Policy slow link threshold: 500 kbps

    Applied Group Policy Objects
    -----------------------------
    BCS Domain Policy
    WendoverGP
    WendoverGP

Is the GPO in more than one OU, such as under the computer OU (not
container), and under where the user account resides? Is there a loopback
policy in place on the GPO?

    Ace,
GPO is only linked to single OU. We have a loop back policy in both
the Domain and WendoverGP. I also have a LBP for a third GPO but do
not see GPO being applied twice when I run RSOP.

I think the loopback may be affecting it, depending on how it is configured,
as well as if the user account and computer account are in the same OU.
