Game Login Issue

Im trying to connect to the game at www.creative-scape.net. This is a runescape private server, I can NOT log into Any Runescape private server. Any Help would be wonderful. Thanks
Im having a detailed Problem. HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR THE PAST MONTH

1. When i connect to my wifi signal over my router, i cant login it says "unable to connect login server offline".(1st picture)

2. When i directly plug my modem to my computer via Ethernet cable, i can login and play, this disconnected my wifi and my family cant connect to the internet.

3. I have most recent java update.

4. I tried to login on another computer at my house, it says "unable to connect to login server".

5. I have port forwarded port 43594. (2nd picture)

6. In Cmd when i try to "ping: 43594" it is unable to ping.

7. I bought a new router spent ($180) to see if it was the router that was blocking it, but it makes no difference still "unable to connect to login server offline".

8. I tried to login another game i used to play made by Areia and it has a login issue also.(3rd picture)

 

Stupid question by have you tried logging in at another location besides your house. I know you said that you could log in without the router but have you tried say the library or a friends house that does have a router. If that works then it may be settings or the router or pc. This could be easy if what you are using is a laptop.
