    Only if the idiots at the bottom stand for it, "Its the managers Job to foresee and plan for any problems that occur, he is also responsible for everything that happens in the factory, so if I've drilled this hole in the wrong place on this piece of metal then its obviously the managers fault for not putting into place a procedure to make sure I got the right instructions."

    Works every time, ether get a rapid promotion as you boss gets fired or you collect your last pay check a couple of weeks later :D
