frssysvol error

    I ran dcdiag on my w2k DC holding the FSMO role and everything passed except the FRSSYSVOL. The error is as followed:
    Starting test: frssysvol
    Error: No record of File Replication System, SYSVOL started.
    The Active Directory may be prevented from starting.
    ......................... PWDC-ADC passed test frssysvol

    We have not experienced any network or replication problem so I do not know what to make of this. I also ran netdiag and repadmin /showreps, everyhthing passed during the test. We have a single domain running w2k SP4 in native mode with AD. There are no DNS issue nor are there any error reported in the event logs.
