I found a WebSite to Clone my Voice.

On the Left Hand Side I see Voice Design.

I click it and I see in the page where you type text but now how you upload a sample of your Voice?

    Found on their website:
    1. Upload a clean human voice audio sample between 10-60 seconds. We recommend checking "remove background noise from audio samples"
    2. Name your cloned voice
    3. Select the language
To record your voice in Windows 11
    • Open the Start menu, type Sound Recorder, and select the app.
    • Check the bottom-left corner of the app to make sure your correct microphone is selected.
    • Click the large red record button (or press Ctrl + R) to start recording your voice.
    • Click the Pause button or press the Spacebar to temporarily stop, then click Resume when you are ready to continue.
    • Click the Stop square button (or press Esc) when you finish.
    • Find your new recording saved automatically in your Documents > Sound recordings folder
Note: In Windows 10, it's called Voice Recorder
